its own album.

Where you were on the same days, every photo from the trip is found and gathered for you. Nothing to sort.

An example map. Pink pins are your places, blue pins are your partner's, and two-tone pins are places you've both been. Shared places turn two-tone, and Rome is labelled: you went in 2019, they went in 2022. Then it zooms into a trip to Barcelona, where five photos fan out of the pin.
